quality of our Chemical Condensers, Industrial Chemical Condensers, Chemical Reactors, Autoclave Fabricators. Our well devised quality policy is at par

input is relevant and flawless then the output will automatically be

The raw materials used for manufacturing our range of equipment are procured from trusted vendors. In addition, we have also set up a testing facility for verifying the quality of raw materials used for production. The physical/ impact/ chemical test analysis are carried out at Govt/ Consultant authorized laboratories. D.P. checks, ultrasonic radiography and M.P. checks are carried out at our shop by us or approved by agencies.
The
different processes in our facility are supervised by a team of
expert quality analysts and final products are thoroughly tested
before being delivered to the clients.

Manufacturing
Facility
Our
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located at GIDC,
Ankleshwar. It spreads across an area of 1502 Sq. mts. The old shop
floor area covers about 810 Sq. Meters and the new shop floor area is
12m (width) X 14m (height) X 30m (length). We also have an Inspection
Department, that is well equipped with the latest technology
machines. Following is a brief list of the machines and equipment
installed at our production facility:
- Pressure vacuum (Pneumatic and Hydraulic)
- Plate bending capacity, Hydraulic pipe bending capacity
- Welding facility (Electric Arc, Gas and TIG)
- Transformer sets, TIG welding equipment, D.C. Rectifier
- Plasma cutting
- Electrodes storage facilities & Heating ovens
- Lathe machines, Drilling machine (Radial)
- Broach cutter
- Bench drilling machine, Tube expansion machine
- Bosch hammer drill
- Flexible shaft grinder, Electric straight grinder, Angle grinder
- Bench grinder, Sandering grinder
- All tools, tackles, measuring instruments required for machine shop.
In
addition, various material handling equipment like pick & carry
crane, 'A' Type crane, E.O.T crane, H.O.T crane, Tripod, Chain pulley
blocks and others, are used to facilitate the production operations.
We have also provided for CAD facility to assist in effective drawing
and designing. Experienced designers and draughtsmen are hired on
need basis to leverage their specialized skills.
